Claim, damaged product
Sometimes, unfortunately, it happens that a shipment arrives with damages due to shipping, and we're here to help!
It is very important that you make a claim within 5 days of collecting the shipment, and that you fill in all information and upload all images stated in the claim form. Otherwise, the shipping companies won't accept the claim. We will get back to you with a solution within 24 hours (mon-fri).
