Deliveries and returns

SHIPPING COSTS

We ship all orders via regular post and shipping costs €6,90. If your purchase is over €69 then shipping is free. You can track larger orders and will receive notifications via SMS. Smaller deliveries are delivered as normal letters.

DELIVERY TIME: 3-6 WORKING DAYS

We don't keep any items in stock, but rather start printing when we receive an order. Production usually takes 1 to 2 business days depending on the product, and delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Therefore, as a customer, you will receive your order within 3 to 6 business days. If you have ordered one or a few small posters (21x30 or 30x40), they will arrive with the regular post. If your mailbox isn't big enough to fit a poster tube, it will be delivered to your nearest post office and you will receive a notification via post or a text message instead.  

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the delivery date. This is in accordance with the Consumer Agency's rules on the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please contact us for a return and a return slip. The cost of a return is SEK99 (or equivalent in another currency).

You always have the right to complain about a product that is damaged or does not live up to expected levels of quality.
