Uncollected shipments

You are responsible for receiving or picking up your package in accordance with the instructions you receive in connection with delivery. You will always get a notification that shows where and when the package is ready. Notification can be made via SMS, email or regular mail. Shipments that are not picked up or received within the time specified on the advice of delivery will be sent back to our warehouse. We have the right to charge a fee of 19 EUR or equvalent in local currency, which corresponds to our costs for shipping in cases where you do not collect your package.
