Conditions for returns
We handle each return submission individually to find the best possible solution for you and your specific order.
- A return must be submitted within 14 days of the collection or delivery date of your order.
- Shipping costs are not refundable
- If your order was damaged in shipping, please submit a claim instead.
Make a return
In case your order is to be sent back to us, all information on how to to this will be sent to you after submitting your return request. We will handle your return as soon as it has arrived and been handled at our warehouse. All goods need to be unused and in sellable condition, if not, we reserve the right to deduct up to the full cost of the goods. We kindly ask you to note the tracking number for your return shipment.
When the return has been handled in our warehouse, the refund is made to the payment method you chose at the time of purchase. We will deduct 9,90€ (or equivalent in local currency) for return shipping.
